I have been licensed since 2001, and specialize in neuropsychological assessment, neurofeedback, psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
I am interested in working with clients who are ready to make a change - moving toward a more centered existence, with better relationships and more fulfillment in life. I use mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in developing skills to reduce anxiety and depression. If you are looking for a seasoned, experienced therapist, I'd like to talk to you!

Hi. I can offer deep listening and reflections unique to you and your experience. I can support you in enhancing your perspective, gaining a greater sense of connection with your needs and your voice. Sometimes we are looking for a companion to walk with us through this journey of life; we long for stability, trust, a place of refuge. From here we can learn to move in different ways, think in different ways, experience our lives in different ways. Perhaps your nervous system is on high alert all the time due to a poor quality of relationships. You need to reset your nervous system. I offer somatic practices to do just that.

I am here to tell you, you are not broken, even if your mind may tell you so. When we are anxious or in despair, we can’t think straight or engage our usual survival strategies. It can impact our health, body, emotions, relationships, perception of self and reality. We can't make sense of the distorted thoughts alone. We need a therapist to help guide us. I often help young women who are feeling shy, anxious, obsessive, depressed, struggling with perfectionism or life transitions. I enjoy helping girls and women achieve developmentally appropriate social-emotional, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
