When you are experiencing grief of any kind, it can be very overwhelming and the restrictions that society places on it can make you feel like you are doing it wrong. You are not doing it wrong! My goal as grief professional, is to help you understand what grief actually looks like and how to cope with all of the daily hits we take. I also work with first responders, dispatchers, prison guards, nurses, doctors, EMTs, military, and all other professions that see and experience trauma on a regular basis. I provide a safe and judgement-free space to process your experiences.
Though my main specialties are grief, trauma, and first responders, I also help people struggling with ADHD by providing coping strategies and a safe space to process the struggles of living with ADHD. I help you understand what ADHD really is and help you understand its impact.
In our work together, you will be provided with a safe space to process your life experiences and gain the tools and skills to cope with all of life’s twists and turns.
