For many of us, life can be complicated and throw unexpected things our way. Additional outside support can be just what is needed to get us re-centered and back on the life path that we want to be on. As a trauma informed therapist, I meet with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, self injury/harm, difficult life transitions (including work and school stress), and relationship problems. We will work together to create tools and strategies to help get you feeling better and back where you want your life to be.
I am committed to providing a safe space for you to develop a deeper understanding of the beliefs, behaviors and experiences impacting your life. My approach centers around empathy and respect. I believe the trust that is built between you and a therapist is one of the most powerful tools provided in therapy.
