Life is journey that presents us with various challenges, it is nice to have support along this journey. My practice with clients is person centered, although I am along this journey with you, you are the facilitator. I provide a variety of mental health care for individuals who are looking to build skills and develop a community of support. I provide mental health care to individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I have a concentration in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, peer relationships, communication skills, young adult transitional support, and family relationships.
I provide care that is compassionate and centered on your personal growth. I have an eclectic approach which allows for clients to have all the tools necessary to be successful. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Transition to independence process (TIP model) as well as a variety of other approaches.
