My counseling style is supportive, honest, and solution focused to help you reach the vision you have for your life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, identity issues, addiction and substance use. I use a variety of techniques to help empower you, relieve symptoms, and help you work towards your goals for treatment.
