As a clinician, I value genuineness and authenticity. This forms the foundation from which I work with clients. I want to work with you to manage your chronic mental health issues, develop coping skills, work through trauma, and empower your authentic self. I do this in a variety of ways by enlisting your expertise on yourself combined with multiple treatment modalities tailored to your unique needs.
My clinical specialties are Adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, and PTSD and complex trauma. Experiencing ADHD without proper diagnosis and treatment often leads to a traumatic lived experience due to navigating an environment that isn't accommodating to the ADHD brain.
Together, we can unravel the messages you've internalized, create healthier coping skills supporting the ADHD brain, reduce anxiety and unhelpful trauma responses, and help you see the creative, uniquely gifted human being you are.
