Accepting Evening Appointments. I have worked with men, women, couples, and adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression, substance abuse issues, chronic pain, interpersonal conflicts, decision making, life adjustments, grief and loss, serious mental illness as well as those experiencing suicidal thoughts.
I believe anyone can find themselves struggling with any of these issues and I also firmly believe our struggles are opportunities for growth. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered and Solution Focused therapy to assist people in making the changes in their life that they desire.
I completed my graduate degree at Texas Tech University in 1996, have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1997 and became an approved Supervisor in 2019. I am currently accepting new clients.
