I have a passion for working with teens and young adults that are working through their journey of self-discovery. Whether that means you’re trying to find your place in the LGBTQ+ community or trying to figure out career plans and goals for your life. I am here to help you gain clarity and insight out of what can be very overwhelming emotions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Addictions Counselor and Life Coach. I am certified as a Master Addictions Counselor and a Counselor Supervisor. I am passionate about helping patients function at their absolute highest potential. In my clinical practice, I specialize in outpatient mental health services, opioid dependency therapy as well as individual. I work with adults, adolescents, families, from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of emotional, behavioral and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, addiction, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues and stress.

All of us have hard times and face a level of inner turmoil that can leave us feeling all alone. It could be struggles with family, coworkers or with just feeling safe enough to be yourself in spite of social pressures to conform. It is those times that you need someone to help you find your way and to become empowered to live your life to the fullest. Whether is is issue related to trauma, grief or overwhelming anxiety, know that you can get the support you need to thrive.

Each person has his or her own unique story, and this requires the therapist to place himself or herself aside and create a safe space for the client to explore and heal. As I work towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist, I enjoy working with a wide range of clientele including children, families, couples, and individuals. I am Belle McClain, a therapist at Modern Wellness FC who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My therapy room is one that provides safety, comfort, and space for every person who enters. I strive to be an advocate and provide validation to those I work with, helping them create their own change in the presence of trust and authentic care. I work with individuals dealing with postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and more.
