I offer help to women experiencing depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, personality disorders, emotional problems and mental illness. After raising three children who are now navigating independence and owning a specialty restaurant, life experiences and the desire to give back to the community offering emotional support to women and girls prompted a career change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I am able to provide that support.
