I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC), and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in South Carolina and Certified DBT specialist with 13 years of extensive counseling experience treating anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol abuse/addiction, trauma (all types), existential crises, grief, relationship struggles, anger, and difficulties related to religious and spiritual matters. I offer Telehealth services and in-person services through Private Practice at Peak Perspectives Counseling.
I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, relaxed approach allowing you to work at your own pace toward your personal goals. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and various addictions. I am person-centered and strength-affirming. DBT helps individuals develop skills to regulate their emotions and thoughts and improve their quality of life.
