These times for many produce stress, anger, anxiety depression, and other mood disorders. I utilize evidence-based practices such as ad CBT and REBT to assist my clients in navigating through and overcoming these times.

I am a client-centered therapist who likes to work collaboratively with each person. I see it as a privilege to be allowed to help you, and I treat each client with dignity and respect. I work with most issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, parenting, and adolescent problems. I have worked with almost everything and have a lot of experience working with most things.
