About
Thank you for inquiring about my services and treatment specialties. I have and continue to successfully assist many individuals, youth and elderly, couples, and families who are courageous enough to seek professional therapeutic counseling services. In my experience, I have learned that life will inevitably bring changes. Some of which are hard to cope with and endure. These times for many produce stress, anger, anxiety depression, and other mood disorders. I utilize evidence-based practices such as ad CBT and REBT to assist my clients in navigating through and overcoming these times.
I also have an extensive history of assisting individuals and families who are dealing with life stressors, parenting, and co-parenting troubles. After over 7 years of experience in working with fathers and their families, a Holistic and Family Systems approach to counseling has been birthed in me. It is from this place I assist children and families.
I applaud you for your character in considering therapy! Please do not hesitate to call or email me today, I am ready to schedule a time to meet with you. Have a great day!
