You’ll be able to manage emotions, change negative thoughts and create healthier boundaries with new coping strategies. I've been a therapist for 25+ years, certified in EMDR and was trained in 1999 by Dr. Francine Shapiro who developed this therapy. I also provide Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapies which are effective tools to help you make positive changes in your life.
I’ll guide you through the process of identifying your strengths and creating new ways to effectively challenge unwanted thoughts, soothe overwhelming emotions and stop self-defeating behaviors. You’ll be empowered to improve your life with interventions and skills for Anxiety, PTSD and life stressors. I offer 50-90 minute sessions of DBT, CBT and EMDR.
