My ideal client is someone who is motivated to change but doesn't know where to start. Maybe they've been struggling with anxiety, depression, or are feeling stuck in processing trauma. They want to feel connected with themselves again and build a life that feels meaningful to them. They want to find a sense of calm, groundedness, and self compassion as they navigate their lives. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and self compassion into therapy. I have a strong background in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and I am trained in EMDR, a type of trauma therapy. I am a certified somatic ecotherapist as well and I love sharing the healing resources available to us in nature.
