Understanding how and when to begin your therapy journey can oftentimes feel overwhelming, confusing, and even isolating at times. My hope is to support you in this process by providing clarity, insight, encouragement and guidance to make a seemingly-daunting experience feel much more comfortable, and the idea of living a happier and healthier life much more tangible. I believe that bringing about meaningful and long-lasting change must first start with a strong therapeutic connection and trusting environment and welcome my clients to collaborate in creating a solid foundation for their healing and personal growth.
I have extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and adults who are neurodivergent, including those with Autism, in addition to individuals with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, parenting and familial struggles, behavioral issues, and low self-esteem. I utilize a multi-modal approach to tailor the therapeutic experience to my clients' unique needs.
My goal is to ensure my clients feel both understood and closer to finding more hope and healing by providing a safe and reliable space to process emotions, learn valuable skills, and build confidence in all aspects of their lives.
