What has been your journey in life thus far? Life's journey can pull you in various directions. The experiences and events we encounter along our journey are unique to us, and influence who we are, and how we show up in relationships. I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is the first step in beginning your healing journey. I offer a unique and integrative approach to healing, and work with couples, families, and individuals. I specialize in navigating the complexities of marital/family conflict, trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders.
I implement the Gottman Method, along with Imago dialogue, and Parts work to build trust and intimacy in couples counseling. I utilize various modalities including: ACT, Brainspotting, Narrative, CBT, DBT, Gottman therapy. I am also EDIT trained (for the treatment of eating disorders). I truly believe therapy is not a one size fits all.
