The decision to begin therapy is an important step on your healing journey. By building partnerships that are founded on warmth, dignity, and non-judgment, I help clients grow in a way that is most aligned with their values. I use behavioral, exposure, cognitive, and acceptance-based approaches that are evidence-based.
I offer short-term and ongoing treatment for clients experiencing the following, but not limited to: obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am a former school psychologist and provide clinical services for school/behavioral issues, separation anxiety, parenting, autism spectrum disorder, and neurodiversity.
I identify as genderqueer and pansexual. As a member of the queer and gender expansive community, I am passionate about providing accessible LGBTQ+ affirming care. I am experienced in treating a variety of concerns with the queer, gender diverse, diverse sexuality, and poly communities and proudly serve the Long Island and New York City areas.
