The strengthening of couple relationships, parenting skills, communication issues and conflict management have been areas in which I have worked personally and in groups in various cultural environments.
My therapeutic interventions include multiple tools to promote fundamental changes to improve personal and family dynamics: Structural Family Therapy, Emotional Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Collaborative Family Therapy. My training includes studies in Philosophy, Theology, MSW, Master in Organizational Development and a PhD in Human Development.
The reflected life experiences that I have gone through, my academic and therapeutic training, have offered me tools to accompany processes of personal growth, through empathy, effective listening, the exploration of alternatives and practices to heal and empower my clients to assume their life projects.
