Hi, I'm Rachel McCrystal! I'm a mental health therapist, licensed in RI, CT, and MA. I have spent the last decade working in a variety of settings, including non-profits, community mental health centers, outpatient offices, schools, research labs, substance abuse programs, and residential facilities. I am also a Chapter Member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, a member of the National Association of Social Workers, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

Krissy approaches therapy with the understanding that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics and broader social contexts. She understands the importance of relationships and addresses all factors contributing to individuals' well-being. Krissy utilizes various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a humanistic client-centered approach to help individuals identify their unproductive ways of thinking, actively work to stop those thoughts, and replace them with new, more productive ways of thinking.

Elizabeth (Libby) Westmoreland is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has 6 years of experience working with young children, school-age kids, adolescents, and adults. Libby has helped individuals and families with depression, anxiety, life transitions, medical stress and diagnoses, and relationship and family issues.

I love working with youth and their families. I am deeply passionate about assisting those I work with to find their voice again. I am skilled at helping others learn how to advocate, love, and believe in themselves. I believe that true growth only occurs when a person is allowed to shine. I enjoy working with college students, those who are navigating adjustments and change, LGBT+ and Black and other PoC populations. Anti-Racist and Feminist ideology inform my practice. I enjoy supporting those who have been historically excluded and do so with deep conviction and dedication.

I am masters level, pre-licensed therapist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I enjoy focusing my work on adolescents and young adults as they endure the challenges that come alongside various life transitions.

Hello! My name is Sid (they/she), I am a queer, nonbinary therapist at the Center for Growth in Providence, Rhode Island. I provide in-person (in RI) and virtual therapy (in PA, NJ, and RI) to individuals, groups, couples, and other relationship formations. I view my therapeutic practice as an ongoing collaboration with my clients. Green is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate, Clinically Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist, and a Clinically Certified Forensic Social Worker. He received his BA, BS, and Masters in Social Work from Fayetteville State University- “Bronco Pride.” Dr. Green has a Doctorate in philosophy with a concentration in Metaphysics (spiritual counseling). Dr. Green is native to North Carolina. He is also the father of 6 children. He is Married to an Army Veteran.
