Rene'e M. Hampton is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. With more than twenty-five years of clinical experience, she began her career as a State Employee serving in such capacities as Vocational Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, Clinical Consultant and Child Advocate. Prior to embarking upon clinical practice in the private sector, she also served diverse populations experiencing crises warranting stabilization through in-patient hospitalization and treatment.
As a Practitioner of the Healing Arts, she employs an eclectic approach utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that best serve the individual needs of the clients served.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Ms. Hampton recognizes Cognitive Processing Therapy as a specific type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy identified to treat trauma survivors.
