Typically, my client's have been told that a problem exists in the areas of personality, substance abuse, or both. They have trouble coping with, or interfacing with their emotional environments. I understand that meeting the client where they're at emotionally and accepting how they see their existence through their eyes, is our foundation to treatment. My therapeutic approach is designed to empower clients from a position of knowledge, versus fear. Unless we can uncover the reason(s) for acting out, and develop alternatives that meet the client's needs, then it is unlikely that change(s) can be sustained.

Focus is on Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse/Recovery, Traumas, Relationships, LGBT, Family, Anger, and in a word, "LIFE" issues along with PTSD. Mixed gender group for those feeling, or needing a change...this is an introduction to why change may be indicated across one or more areas of our life. Group size ranges from 1 -20. This is but one of many Psychoeducational Groups. In addition to these groups, Redbrick will be offering IOP and Day or Night (PHP) Groups as well for Mental Health and Substance Abusers. Groups will be offered to Adults, Adolescents, Couples, Families and Geriatric populations, with a range of price options. Call for more info!

This is an ongoing "DAILY SERIES" of groups based on a number of issues affecting our well-being ...DOMESTIC ABUSE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, TRAUMAS, DEPRESSIONS, ANXIETY, CONFLICTS, LIFE ADJUSTMENTS, GRIEF, LOSS, ANGER, GENDER ISSUES, RELATIONSHIP ISSUES, PTSD, COMPULSIONS, BEHAVIORAL ISSUES, ACCEPTANCE & UNDERSTANDING ISSUES, LIFE TRANSITION ISSUES, LONELINESS, SELF-SABOTAGING BEHAVIOR ISSUES, UNDERSTANDING PASSIVE AGGRESSION, and others as the Group's as a Community, move forward and adjust to newly identified "want's and need's. Groups will meet and last for 1 1/2 each. The groups will be limited to first 6 participants, so call for schedule & RSVP.
