Sometimes life throws you out of the nest: you're anxious, doubtful, and waiting for the other shoe to drop. More than anything, you might be desperate to get back to "normal", feeling more alone than ever. That's where I'm happy to come in- sometimes feeling this lost can lead to real, genuine change to a more fulfilling relationship with yourself (and with others!). My clinical work can be described as warm, structured, & authentic, with emphasis on how the client wants to move towards change. I'm here to walk with you through all the tough parts.

I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, identity/self-esteem, and interpersonal issues. I weave in concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based therapies, Feminist & Gender theories, & more. This space is queer friendly and affirming for all affectional, gender, & relational identities.
