I specialize in serving Youth (13-17), Young adults (18-30) & Educators of all ages. I help to address concerns related to anxiety and mood disorders, building a positive self-esteem, goal setting and much more. I work with educators specifically to reduce feelings of burnout & compassion fatigue. Additionally, I offer expertise in career and/or education planning to support as you embark on a new life path. I genuinely believe, "If it's not growing, it's dying. So, let's grow together."
What to expect: I tailor services to meet clients where they are. I use integrated modalities to help individual reach their desired goals. With Educators- we collaborate to build a plan that focuses on personal wellness through resilience coaching to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout. Christian-based philosophy and spiritual counseling is available!
