Rachel Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years in the mental health and addictions field. Rachel works with adults who are seeking help for trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, Women’s issues, and life transitions. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.

Congratulations on making the decision to search for a treatment facility. It is my belief that despite increasing awareness into the field of psychology and counseling, there still exists a pervasive stigma that can keep us from seeking the help we need. Making the decision to get into treatment can be very challenging but also very rewarding and at Livengrin we are dedicated to doing whatever we can for each client to make this transition as comfortable as possible. It is our goal to meet the individual needs of each client as we all have different concerns, strengths, and experiences.

Lauren Bauer is a Registered and Board-Certified Art Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, ATR-BC) in the state of Pennsylvania working the last 5 years in a variety of settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, severe mental illness, behavioral issues, and life transitions.

Kenneth Fulton-Resig is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavioral Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. He treats individuals from pre-teens to older adults, working with diverse individuals and backgrounds. Kenneth’s work history includes helping individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as others with trauma, dissociation, anxiety, life transitions, depression, sexuality, alternative lifestyles, sexual dysfunction, and much more.

Lucy Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania who has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to help them manage the effects of anxiety, depression, grief, life stress, trauma, work stress, OCD, Adult ADHD, and Mild Autism. Lucy has significant experience working with children and adolescents. She enjoys helping youth to express their feelings, feel more positive about themselves and develop positive coping skills.

Janice Ugarriza is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in many settings including residential, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. She works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. She is trauma-informed and specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Janice completed her Master of Science and an Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Jennifer Achille is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience in supporting adolescents, adults, and families with anxiety, depression, life stressors, and women’s issues. Jennifer completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University and received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.

Patricia "Trish" Pierzga is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience. She is passionate about partnering with adults and adolescents to assist them in understanding life's challenges in a safe space. Trish specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, bipolar disorders, life transitions, and trauma. She uses an integrated treatment approach, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy (RT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy (PCT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).

Rachel Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience who has worked in both the field of addictions and the field of mental health. She treats everyone with respect and sensitivity, working to empower adolescents, adults, and couples to address challenges and live their best life. Rachel specializes in stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, relationships and communication, and self-esteem and motivation.

Anissa A. Rieger is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has over 15 years in the helping profession supporting individuals with interpersonal relationships, phase of life stressors, gender identity & expression, educational, learning, and career difficulties, all levels of anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma, grief and loss. Additionally, Anissa has a background in Early Childhood Education, School Counseling, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, as well as certification in Psychological First Aid and Disaster Mental Health through the American Red Cross.

Jami Dumler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provider. Jami has over 4 years of experience partnering with clients across the lifespan seeking help with various mood and anxiety disorders, family conflict and relationship stressors, traumatic experiences, and life transitions such as loss, divorce, career changes, and weight loss journeys. Jami has experience working with clients aged 3-65+ in individual, family, and couples therapy.

Erin Rectanus is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working with individuals as well as groups regarding mental health and addiction concerns. She earned her Bachelor's from the University of Florida and her Master's from Lehigh University.

Zachary Maichuk is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) in the state of Pennsylvania who has over 10 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients struggling who are struggling with issues ranging from anxiety, ADHD, depression chronic stress, trauma, schizophrenia, and more. Zachary offers counseling and talk therapy services; however, he does not currently offer psychological testing.

Christin Wagner is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping others on their journey through healing to thrive in a way that resonates with the client. Christin specializes in trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. Professionally, she has worked in a variety of care areas including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient treatment. All of this experience enables Christin to better understand the unique needs of any individual, to provide the necessary support, and connect to resources one may need in the course of healing.
