I'm Destiny Buescher, and I help humans heal from mental and emotional suffering. I work with preteens, teens, and adults. I help clients develop a more connected relationship with themselves and the world around them. I value authenticity, transparency, and partnership. I'll share my honest observations while respecting your knowledge and expertise about your needs. I may have a clinical background, but that does not mean I know more about you and what you have experienced. No therapist will know more about your story than you. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from all cultural backgrounds and from all walks of life. I offer outreach therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. After graduate school, I moved to Massachusetts, where I worked in both the traditional office setting, and in outreach, where I counseled clients in their homes. My lifelong love and appreciation for the outdoors called me to make a bold move to Montana. This is where I was exposed to the many opportunities to use my love of the outdoors to enrich the therapeutic process.

As a licensed psychologist with 20+ years experience, I've developed expertise in multiple areas including adjustment problems faced by adults (individuals and couples), and family problems, especially those stemming from divorce, blended family, and caregiver stressors. I have extensive experience with psychological testing and assessments and diagnosis, for clinical and forensic purposes. I am dedicated to the privacy and dignity of my patients.

What is the DOT return-to-duty process? A positive test is a violation. So also is a refusal to be tested. So are a number of other things that are prohibited by DOT. When an employee has a positive test or refuses to be tested or has one of DOT's other violations, DOT requires the employer to immediately remove that employee from safety-sensitive functions. An employer who allows an employee with a violation to continue performing safety-sensitive functions is subject to fines, up to $10,000 per day. An employee with a violation has two options.

I enjoy and have experience helping children, adolescents, parents, and adults as they work through life's issues. Face it, we all need more "staff" or "tribe" in our corner at different times in our lives. I believe this can be especially true for kids which is why I love play therapy.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over twenty years of experience working in social services and two and a half years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, adoption, and challenges with self-harming. In sessions I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. In session I take a client centered approach, I am here to support the client and to help along their journey.

Mrs. Moehrig works with clients, ranging from children to adults, who are managing a variety of issues. Her areas of clinical interests include assessment and treatment of autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other disorders. She focuses on understanding why certain emotions or behaviors develop as opposed to just focusing on the diagnosis. This helps her make the best treatment recommendations so that individuals feel confident moving forward. Mrs. Moehrig believes the evaluation and treatment process should be a collaborative journey, and works with her clients to fully understand their concerns.

I primarily work with women ages 16+ on issues of anxiety, depression, sexual impulse control, addiction, trauma and spiritual exploration and growth. I have a heart for young and single mothers as well as those seeking to deepen their relationship with God.
