I provide counseling services to both individuals and couples experiencing major life stressors such as work issues, major life changes, anxiety, depression and other existential concerns. Through the therapy process, I can help you reflect on and reduce your stressors in order to improve your quality of life or relationships.
I am an empathetic, skilled, and pragmatic counselor. After many years of experience, I know that every person is unique and therefore, treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs. I use a therapeutic eclectic approach that will help you reach your treatment goals. Furthermore, my services can be provided either English or Spanish.
What if I don't want to talk about my problems? That is fine too, we can use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you detach negative emotions from a traumatic event without having to talk about the details of your experience.
