I love working with individuals who are willing to challenge themselves and their previous beliefs. Someone who is willing to stay humble and admit when things don't go to plan. Each individual is so incredibly unique, that it is important to understand that therapy and healing is not a "one-size-fits-all" kind of deal. Healing takes time, has ups and downs, and is far from a linear process. My ideal client would be someone who desires to try new treatment approaches that connect their mind to their body and be committed to growth outside of the therapeutic setting.

One of the greatest aspect of therapy is that it helps you to grow - grow in the way you feel, grow in how you behave, grow in the way you understand yourself. The therapeutic relationship can be a vital tool for enacting the change that leads to your own growth as a human. I offer an empathetic and safe space for you to openly explore and bring to the light things that may be easier to leave in the dark. We are all unique in our experiences in this life, but the emotions left over from those experiences can be universally felt and understood. I offer an integrative approach utilizing CBT, ACT, DBT, polyvagal exercises, Somatic Experiencing, attachment-based neuro-affirmative care, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic theory.

Aileen is passionate about helping others explore their goals, work towards a better version of themselves, and lead more fulfilling lives. She is particularly interested in the areas of anxiety, trauma, and the experience of pregnancy and postpartum-related issues. Aileen completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University.

I consider myself outgoing and optimistic, and I bring a very humanistic approach to my practice tailored to what my clients need. My professional interests include: working with the LGBTQIA+ community to become a better ally and providing resources for children, adolescents, and young adults who need help navigating through the challenges our world can bring. Emily Zimmer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working in the mental health care system. Emily has a passion for helping those who have been through trauma—helping them to see the hope and the future on the other side of the pain. Emily specializes in PTSD and complex PTSD, treatment for OCD behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Having ADHD herself, Emily has taken what she has learned and applied in her own life and used it to help others who are struggling to make their ADHD work better for them. Emily completed her Master of Social Work at the University of New England.

I specialize in working with children, parents, & women in the perinatal period. I help children as young as two understand and express their emotions more appropriately, feel more regulated, & improve their social-emotional functioning. Children I support struggle with anxiety, trauma, anger and behavior challenges, or are adjusting to a life change. I provide compassionate and sensitive care to all mamas, and particularly mothers who have endured the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), birth trauma, or struggle with perinatal anxiety or depression.

I enjoy working with children, families, couples, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience in helping people work through an assortment of disorders, ranging in severity. I have provided individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I have extensive knowledge in helping individuals and families understand specific strengths and weaknesses through completing neuropsychological/psychological assessments for various ages (2-100). I have worked with children who have experienced significant trauma. I strongly believe that developing a trusting environment is significant for each individual through their healing process.
