I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. I am passionate about helping others explore their goals, work towards becoming a better version of themselves, and lead more fulfilling lives. I have a particular interest in working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and pregnancy/postpartum-related issues. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. Through both personal experiences and my work with adults who have co-occurring disorders, I understand how one issue can deeply affect
I often utilize Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), among other techniques, to support my clients in their healing journeys.
