My focus is to provide a laid back, kind and judgement free environment for men and women so that they can feel comfortable in counseling. Whether you are coming to counseling for the first time or returning to counseling, I find it is important for clients to feel calm and respected in their journey so that they can begin to heal.
I help my clients develop a positive sense of self-esteem, a sense of safety and regain control in their lives. I specialize in PTSD and complex trauma, mood disorders, life skill development, and substance abuse disorders.
