My goal is to help clients see what means most to them and identify how to carry those values throughout everyday life. Therapy is not "one size fits all". I utilize various modes of therapy including but not limited to Relational, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to cater to your particular needs.
Meeting you where you are at in life is so important for growth. My intent as a therapist is to focus on listening to the needs, themes, and goals of clients while navigating through the unpredictable journey of your life.
