I am the creator of the LiveWell Program, which has helped thousands of people learn to reduce their own symptoms and relapses of depression, and to increase wellbeing. (Philly Magazine named LiveWell the “best place to heal.”) In individual therapy, I take a strength-based, hoIistic, and pragmatic approach to change; and draw on various modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, such as cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based practices, and communication/interpersonal skill-building.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience treating depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with children (8+), teens and adults. I hope to foster an environment where you can feel safe and open to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and work on learning new and healthier ways to express and cope with your emotions and stressors.
