Sometimes it is really helpful to have someone with a calm and quiet presence, and a couple decades of skilled practice outside of your normal life to talk to when things get overwhelming. Hello and welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and owner of Best Life Counseling in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and adults throughout Pennsylvania and Georgia. My clinical experience includes community settings, intensive outpatient, university counseling centers, as well as counselor training and supervision. I use a client centered approach to honor the unique backgrounds and experiences of every client. I prioritize evidence-based practices to help my clients heal and reach the goals that are important to them.

I am a full-time Assistant Professor in Messiah University’s Graduate Counseling Program. I also works part-time as a clinician and am the owner of Courageous Hope Counseling LLC. I identify as an immigrant woman of Indian decent and have lived in several countries. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elizabethtown College, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University, a doctoral degree from Shippensburg University in Counselor Education and Supervision. and a postgraduate certificate in Social Justice from Harvard University.

I am a licensed professional counselor with 20+ years of experience. I am interested in helping people find hope and direction in their lives. Life has been difficult for many during these past few years and many people have been isolated from the support they need.
