My approach to therapy is being my authentic self by supporting adolescents, teens, adults, and parents through therapy that is rooted in science and offered with care. My training includes CBT, ACT, trauma, parent-coaching, and yoga-informed strategies such as mindfulness and meditation to create connection between the mind and body.
