When working with clients, it is important for me to center the wisdom each individual, couple, and/or family bring to therapy. Starting from this place allows me to center and validate the experiences of my clients from an inclusive perspective. My goal is to balance trusting the client to make the best decisions for themselves and creating space for collaboration throughout the therapeutic process. My training as a social worker, marriage and family therapist, and educator provide me with the tools needed to guide clients through the therapy process. Hi there! I am accepting clients on weekday evenings. I work with adults, couples and teens ages 16+. I am passionate about helping my clients heal from trauma, break cycles and patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them, overcome limiting beliefs about themselves, and effectively cope with overwhelming emotions. Life stressors, relationship issues, loss, life transitions, and traumatic events can sometimes create the perfect storm mentally. You do not have to go through this alone. I am committed to helping you learn and heal from some of the darkest times and transform them into a healthier, more empowered you.

My clients are typically managing mental health issues and symptoms that develop in response to life changes, identity concerns, or responses to systems they belong to. This may look like transitioning to a new city, managing a new health diagnosis, or exploring their gender. The typical clients I work with have a shared goal of wanting to learn how to better support themselves in response to environmental and interpersonal concerns. They are motivated to develop skills and strengthen their self-awareness to get to a place where they are living a life that is aligned with who they see themselves as.

Everyone has a story. Our stories say something about who we are and how we manage life, how we get our needs met and how we relate. We all have the same basic needs for love, acceptance, connection, significance and purpose. Hello and welcome. My passion is working with adolescents, young adults, and the families who support them. My connection with adolescents is built on trust, safety, comfort, respect, and understanding, which allows me to create relationships with teens that can be hard fought with other adults. Speaking what can seem to be a foreign language and creating a bridge to families through the translation of that language brings purpose to my work. I have over twelve years of experience working with adolescents and families in different capacities and have dedicated my career to working exclusively with this population.

Dr. chisty is a compassionate and dedicated physician with 12 years of experience in the field of psychiatry and specializes in Adult Psychiatry along with one year of fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry . Dr .Chisty uses various technologies in his treatment modality like Trans cranial magnetic stimulation, Virtual reality and other innovative techniques. Dr. Chisty received his medical doctorate degree (M.D.) from India in 2003 . He completed his Psychiatric Residency Training at University of Tennessee Health science center and one year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at University of South Florida.
