I am EMDR certified. You don't need to go through a huge traumatic episode to benefit from EMDR. I use a strength based approach that is culturally centered and integrates Evidence Based and Practice Based therapy models. I also use Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Solution Focused Therapy and Parenting.
I am a bilingual licensed Clinical Psychologist and have provided culturally sensitive mental health over 25 years working with children an adults to help them find their way through such problems as depression, anxiety and phobias. Working with, couples, and families regarding communications issues and both physical and emotional trauma.
