My passion is bringing hope and healing to individuals who have experienced a traumatic or stressful event or situation. I help my clients, who include children, adults, couples, and families, find hope and gain healthy perceptions of themselves. As a provider who marches to the beat of a slightly different drum, I have been known in some circles as "That Biker Therapist" which was derived from my tendency to be found on the highways and mountain roads of Utah when I am out of the office doing my version of "self-care" and meditation with blacktop and wind therapy. I started out in Corrections and then to Outpatient as I found it to be personally rewarding to help others before or after being in the judicial system. My areas I have spent most of my career working with addiction, trauma and depression/anxiety.
