My name is Rosalind Jefferson and I provide a unique, dynamic, safe and peaceful space to discuss thoughts, feelings, worries, fears, anxieties, stress, anger, hopes and dreams so one may feel whole again without criticism or judgment. My goal is to create hope, self-motivation and self-awareness to help people make the changes needed to lead a happy, healthy and productive quality of life. Triumph Counseling Group is a practice comprised of clinicians that specialize in treating children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in ADHD/ASD evaluations, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social communication-related issues. I offer ADOS-2 for autism evaluation, exposure/ritual prevention therapy for OCD, and utilize exposure therapy as part of cognitive behavioral therapy treatment for anxiety disorders. In addition, I provide executive functioning coaching, social thinking training, and parent training.

In my practice it has been key to identify what values and beliefs that guide an individual in their everyday decisions and actions. Then identify their goals for sufficiency for their ideal therapeutic path and journey. Collectively, the relationship is formed to clearly address from a coaching perspective utilizing interventions that are wholistic yet specific to the individual receiving therapeutic services. My clinical and therapeutic style has been effective in impacting children, adolescents, young adults, individual, woman concerns, and couples in their marital journey.
