Many of my clients come to me because they want to make changes in their life - at work, school, or with family - but they feel trapped because of these negative thoughts. These thoughts can lead to excessive guilt, hopelessness, and indecision. As a therapist trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, I am committed to working together with you in helping you get unstuck.
I am creative, personable, collaborative, and non-judgmental. My specialties include generalized anxiety, ADHD, and depressive disorders. While I have experience with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, I am especially experienced in working with Jewish communities, including with people who practice differently than their families.
