I have over 15 years of experience in spiritual life coaching and emotional wellness. I specialize in anxiety and stress management through the use of researched based strategies and techniques . Along with supportive therapy and my energetic personality, I challenge negative thought patterns , encourage strength spotting and assist you with setting attainable and measurable goals that are life changing.

As a licensed therapist who has a passion for helping people from all ages and walks of life, I approach counseling in a holistic manner: mental, emotional, relational, spiritual and physical. The method of counseling that I practice is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy techniques and also applying Biblical principles.

Although I consider myself able to help in addressing a number of presenting problems, I feel that my strengths lie in teaching practical coping skills for stress, anxiety, and depression. Adjusting to new circumstances in life can be difficult and I feel that I excel in building a sense of self-efficacy in my clients by focusing on their strengths and identifying needed changes.

I am certified as a Prepare and Enrich facilitator for engaged and married couples, parents and blended families as well as SYMBIS certified for premarital. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of MS, a National Board Certified Counselor, a National Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Board-certified Telemental Health provider. I have worked with those struggling with anxiety, depression, marital and family concerns, age issues, and career decisions.
