I work with a variety of issues but really excel with anxiety, depression, and communication skills. I also really enjoy working with clients who want to incorporate spirituality/religious practices/elements in therapy.
I really try to personalize my approach for each client, but with everyone I try hard to remain transparent with clients. I typically approach therapy as the client and I working together as a team to accomplish their goals.
