I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) with experience treating a wide range of emotional challenges. Encompassing my work is the strong belief that the therapeutic process is creative and mutual and is most effective in a warm and safe environment with a highly empathic, interested and engaged clinician. Each client brings their own, unique story that I look forward to hearing, without judgement, because I am genuinely interested in helping.
Natural reactions like anger, anxiety, sadness or confusion, shaped by our past and present experiences, can become very overwhelming; leading us to feel stuck in a cycle or an unhelpful, unintentional pattern. The situation isn't the problem, its our perception or in other words, it's the lens through which we (unknowingly choose) SEE it.
