As a counselor I strive to help my clients feel comfortable and provide the best care possible. I work with children, adolescents, and adults providing individual, couples, and family therapy.

I enjoy working with adults who have an interest in addressing mental health issues, including struggles with addictions. I also love to work with young people, ages 11 to 17. It is very rewarding to work toward a goal with a client and assist them in realizing their full potential. I have been fortunate to work with many types of individuals, such as those who want to deal with short-term or long-term problems. I am also bilingual in Spanish. Often people come to therapy because they want to solve an issue they have been struggling with for a long time, or sometimes it is something urgent that just suddenly arises.

Sherri Davis, LPCC Sherri Davis is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2010. She has a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Human Development. Sherri believes in using a person-centered approach to treatment, creating a safe and healing environment to assist individuals in recognizing their value and power. In her spare time, Sherri enjoys writing and art.

Caroline Benzing is currently a Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She is in the process of earning her Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. In her counseling practice, Caroline has adapted an integrative and holistic approach. Drawing from evidence-based practice such as CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, Narrative, and Gestalt, she believes in addressing the person as a whole.

She passionately believes that every person is unique and requires a unique approach. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder, Samantha provides eclectic treatment, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. Samantha is a connector, focusing on helping as many people as she can while reducing mental health stigma and driving for change.

I became a therapist because I find true joy in connecting with others. I believe that therapy can be impactful and enriching while still feeling down-to-earth and accessible. I have more than 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. My experience in the field includes research, private practice, community service, publication, professional presentation nationally and internationally, academic instruction, and mentoring. She is informed by a holistic and mind-body approach of nearly 20 years of experience in holistic wellness and mind body services as well as a passion for integrative, alternative and functional approaches to overall health and well being. She is influenced by DBT, CBT, ACT, Strength, Solution, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, Truama, and Neuroscience Informed approaches. Her style is directive, down to earth, and engaged including a review of practical and effective coping tools.
