With an approach grounded in psychobiology and evidence-based holistic modalities, I will work with you to identify issues and unhealthy habits in order to develop systems that incorporate exercise, organization, thought restructuring, and practical problem solving. I am well versed in ADHD, depression, OCD, PTSD, substance use, men's health, gender and relationship issues.
Office, Telehealth, and Walk n' Talk (walking sessions) are available options. I have a coaching style that focuses on identifying and improving things that are in our control guided by holistic wellness, physical activity, improvement of organization and time management, understanding and management of our flaws, and improvement of relationships.
