I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), LGBTQ-affirmative, trauma-informed, sex-positive therapist. My expertise has ranged from international human rights projects to domestic work in medical centers, hospitals, community mental health, and college counseling centers. I welcome individuals of diverse backgrounds struggling with loss, health concerns, sexuality, career stress, life transitions, and relational stress. I view my role as a therapist as a relationship of change: a place where you can express yourself without judgment, receive constructive feedback, explore difficult topics, and make changes to live a more fulfilling life.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.
