Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Having a safe space to be heard, seen is important to the human need for acceptance and love. I like to incorporate these into my practices as the client tries to navigate relationships and situations with no shame.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore life’s many challenges. I work from a non-judgemental, affirming, collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment based lens. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, love addiction, co-dependency, personality disorders, relationship issues, survivors of abusive relationships/trauma bonds, anger, low self-esteem, grief, ADHD, PTSD, and complex PTSD. I believe everyone is unique...therefore, my style is to customize the therapeutic process for each individual.

With 12 years of experience working with clients going through individual, relationship, and family issues, Celebrity Therapist Dr. Jeff Rocker has provided therapeutic services to clients nationwide. He is Licensed in 14 states and has served clients from all age groups. Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.

I take a holistic approach and focus on the mind body connection. I believe guided imagery meditation, motivational interviewing, dbt, creativity, psychodynamic, trauma informed care, emdr, and person centered approaches are ideal. I prefer to assist anyone who has felt demoralized or ostracized because of who they are. I believe we can impact the world together one smile at a time.

My practice is geared towards helping individuals who are suffering from addiction problems of any kind, cognitive problems (e.g., ADHD, Learning Disabilities) or problems with disordered thought or perception. My goal is to assist clients improve their psychological functioning with a combination of individualized clinical evaluation and treatment. Felicia is a humanistic based art therapist who is passionate about helping clients create a personal sense of identity within themselves and within society as a whole. She strives to use creative expression as a way to connect with oneself, and better understand individual feelings, thoughts, and boundaries. Felicia aims to foster an empathetic and accepting therapeutic environment for clients through the use of trauma informed care, and intersectionality. Her speciality is art and talk therapy, but she will also incorporate music, movement, drama, and poetry therapy when it maybe beneficial for the client.
