My specialties include working with attachment, trauma, anxiety and depression, grief, chronic illness, and relationship issues and with a myriad of populations such as LGBTQIA+, teens, adults, couples, and family systems.
My practice is vast in both populations and clinical focus. I am an integrated therapist with a wide array of theoretical orientations including relational therapy, person-centered therapy, CBT, drama therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy, among others. I find it important to remain flexible to the individual needs of my clients.
