I am a Russian speaking Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in all age groups. My ideal focus is an adult working with anxiety, depression, and low self- esteem who wants to build their self-worth and work on finding purpose in life. I have worked with adults and children of diverse cultures, with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, substance, and oppositional defiant disorder. I am also passionate about working with African Americans and LGBTQIA+ communities on self-acceptance and openly expressing themselves without fear of judgment. Chris has experience working with the elderly, adults, college students, and young adults through his studies at Hofstra University as a case manager. Chris uses a person-centered, eclectic approach of psychotherapy, while using cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to clients suffering from several types of issues such as anxiety, depression, gambling, grief and loss, stress and more.

Sean has worked with a variety of populations as young as 4 years old spanning through adolescents and young adulthood. Sean works with populations suffering from anxiety, depression, family conflicts and more. Sean's experience also includes working with high risk and severely mentally ill populations. Sean continues to gain experience through his from Practicum as well as a year working with an ACT Team and group homes within the community.
