Healing comes in many guises. We can heal from a cut hand with a band aid, we can heal from a broken bone by setting it and isolating it in a cast, but when we heal from hurting feelings and trauma, we're not as savvy on how to heal this. Sometimes, when we're traumatized, we don't know what to do to feel better.

By using an eclectic approach of mindfulness, humanistic, cognitive and spiritual perspectives, I hope to help you lead a purposeful and satisfactory life by helping you modulate behaviors that have gotten in the way of your success. I utilize both short and long-term therapies in a place that is safe to explore your feelings.

If the feelings are too overwhelming, we may talk about doing something called EMDR, which is a trauma-focused intervention and protocol to help you gain your equilibrium in a more concrete manner.
