I am an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic social worker, psychotherapist, life coach, and educator with over thirty years of clinical experience. I graduated from the University of Rochester with a Master of Science in Community Health & Services and later graduated from Syracuse University with my Master of Social Work degree. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, family of origin and relationship issues, grief and loss, stress management, anxiety, and depression.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Potsdam and my Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University. I integrate strength-based and holistic approaches in my practice, including person-centered therapy, humanistic therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I dedicate time to exploring and identifying your unique needs, tailoring my approach to meet your individual requirements. I enjoy working with young adults through the transitional stages in their lives.

I like to think of myself as a seasoned clinician who has adapted and adjusted to the changing times. I am currently providing telehealth services only. I have evolved my craft toward a mindfully oriented practice which I combine with cognitive, behavioral and DBT techniques. My work supports adults (26+) going through their journey of radical acceptance focusing on those life changing events which can often cause emotional dysregulation.

Stephanie is a Licensed Master in Social Work who is passionate about her commitment to promoting wellness, wholeness and goodness into the world one person at a time. Stephanie's top priority is to cultivate a safe, validating, and open environment . This will provide a space for you to be yourself , open up, and feel empowered while learning to process and gain coping skills that will aid you when facing life’s difficulties.

I am a LCSW and I received my MSW degree at Fordham University’s School of Social Services. I decided to pursue a career in mental wellness to decrease the stigma about mental illness. It was important to me to help people improve their mental health outcomes and become more aware of issues that can trigger mental illness. I am passionate about working with people from disadvantaged populations to increase the quality of care they receive. I am a bilingual, bicultural, and trauma-informed psychotherapist with a sensitivity and awareness of how to work with individuals from diverse populations.

I graduated from the University of New Hampshire, earning my Master of Social Work degree, and have been a psychotherapist for the past 7 years. I am currently working towards a PhD in Developmental Psychology. My choice to specialize in grief came at a young age after a personal experience. I lost a classmate in high school that had a profound impact on me, enough to help me decide that that mental health was the career path I wanted to take. This and my passion to help people eventually brought me to where I am today.

I am a Central New York-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, co-occurring addiction and mental health conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic mental health conditions, and helping people make positive life changes. I am a graduate of Syracuse University and have over 30 years of experience in the field of behavioral health.
