I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years across a variety of settings including residential treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient therapy offices. I accept clients ages 12+ to address a variety of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, grief/loss, attachment and relationship issues.

Like the Hokey Pokey, change is essential in order to "turn ourselves around". But finding a therapist that clicks can be as problematic as finding the right shoe (it has to be the right fit- and believe me, not every therapist is a perfect fit!) When it comes to any type of change, even therapeutic, the greatest factor is the relationship between therapist and the client. My practice is honest, genuine while being direct.
